For a long time, the group has attached great importance in the culturalconstruction of the enterprise, established the Sieton newspaper, compiledthe Sieton chronicle reflecting the development history of the group, createdthe Sieton museum with 40 years of development history of Sieton，andcarried out "cultural festivals" with various cultural and sports activities.Richand colorful culturalconst ructiona ctivities haveen ha nced t h ec o h e s i ono fe m pl oy ee s ,stimulated theircreativity,and thusachieved a doubleharvest of materialcivilization andspiritual civilization.
SIETON MUSEUM
The Sieton museum is located at No.2,Xinhuang Road, Jiading District. It was open on May 18,2019.The total construction area of the museum is 3000 square meters, with a total investment of12million yuan.
The first floor of the museum mainly introduces the development history , products and equipmentdisplay and management achievements of Sieton.The second floor of the museum mainlyintroduces the group's organizational framework, leadership inspection, enterprise changes andcorporate culture.The third floor of the museum is a multimedia venue,which can accommodate300 people to hold large-scale meetings. The venue has a whole process recording andbroadcasting system, which can meet the requirements of various high-end meetings and training.Since its opening, the museum has received more than 8000 people.
After more than 40 years the dream of Sieton people has lefta deep impression in the long histony with the struggle of a generation.Looking back of the 40 years, we have made great achievements, and we are thriving steady. We will take on more ambitious goalsand grand responsibilities.
